Refund Policy and Payments
Payments: All payments must be made at time of booking. Any additional services purchased must be paid in full at time of service via credit card. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds: Reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to 7 days prior to service date. Any cancellations taking place within 7 days of scheduled service are subject to the full booking fee. You may however, reschedule your appointment up to 48hrs in advance of your scheduled service date. If you are within 7 days of your scheduled appointment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rain Checks: As we are a mobile detailing service, we can not control the natural elements. If the weather does not permit for us to perform our service on the scheduled service day and time, the service will be rescheduled to the next available date that works best for the customer. Please note, no refunds will be issued if the service needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Transaction Fee: Please note that all credit card refund requests are subject to a 7% processing fee. This fee covers the credit card processing charges incurred during the initial transaction, which unfortunately we do not recover upon issuing a refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as this fee is imposed on us from our credit card processing merchant.
